Meet our staff from Richmond, Lancaster, and Stanford, KY offices

Administrative Team
Elaine Pennington, Business Administrator
Elaine joined our team in 2004. She has worked with Dr. Johnson in other business capacities for more than 25 years. Elaine has had an integral part in our expansion to the Richmond area and the building of our new location. She also keeps us organized and current. She and her husband Wayne enjoy spending time with family and friends, their horses, and the farm.

Dawn Eads, CDA Office Manager-Richmond
Dawn joined our team in 2008. She has been involved in dentistry for 25 years and received her assisting certification in 1986. She is married to George and enjoys spending time with their Jack Russell Terriers, Lexie and Chesney. Dawn is an avid UK sports fan and loves to tailgate, ride 4-wheelers, play golf, fish, and swim.

Amanda Ingram
Amanda joined our office in 2005. She handles the reception duties and Insurance claims at the Lancaster office. She and her husband Jeremy have two cats Rudy and Ace. Her hobbies include reading and spending time with family and friends.

Mitzi Wells
Mitzi joined our team in 2010 with duties at the front desk primarily in the Richmond office. She is a lifelong resident of Richmond and lives with her daughter, Mallary, and their three cats Stanley, Morris and Jingles. Her hobbies include watching UK sports, travelling, tending to her rose bushes, and hangin with family and friends. Mitzi is a member of Richmond Church of Christ.

Tonia Pierce
Tonia joined our team in 2011. She handles the reception duties and Insurance claims at the Stanford office. Tonia has more than 12 years experience in the dental field and enjoys interracting with the patients. She has two sons, one daughter and 3 grandchildren

Clinical Team

Julie Kelly, Lab Technician
Julie has been a member of our team since 1991. She makes all of the dentures and removable partials for our patients. She lives in Lancaster with her husband, James, who is a minister at Southern Heights Baptist Church. Julie serves as the pianist and a Sunday school teacher. She enjoys flower gardening in her free time.

Sharon Barnes, RDH
Sharon joined our team in 2005. She received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Kentucky. She has four children and operates two beef cattle farms. In her free time, she enjoys walking, hiking, and reading.

Melissa Campbell, RDH
Melissa joined our team in fall 2008. She received her dental hygiene degree from Big Sandy Community & Technical College. She recently married Scott and they are enjoying being newlyweds. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with her family.
Aimee Lamb, RDH Aimee joined our team in 2010 as a hygienist in the Stanford office. She received her dental hygiene degree from BCTC. She lives in Nicholasville with her husband Chris, and her two children Tiffany & Evan. She loves making others "smile" which is why she pursued a career in dentistry.
Churchill Tapia
Churchill joined our team in 2007. He is originally from the Philippines, is happily married to Grace, and has three wonderful children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his feisty Jack Russell Terrier, Badong, and playing golf.

Lauren Agee
Lauren joined our team in 2005 after receiving her assistant training from the Dental Auxillary course and recently received her coronal polishing certificate. She is married to Derek and is enjoying making a new home with their Jack Russell, Trixie. Her hobbies include outdoor activities, spending time with family and friends, travelling and shopping.

Rochelle Debord, EDDA
Rochelle joined our team in 2008. She has been involved in many aspects of the dental field since 1983. She received her associates degree in dental lab technology in 1990. Rochelle has three daughters and three grandchildren. Her hobbies include horseback riding, farming and watching her children participate in their sports activities.

Brandi Poynter

Nicole Linton Nicole joined our team in 2011. She recently moved to Kentucky from Wisconsin with her husband and two sons. Nicole graduated from Fox Valley Tech College and has more than 17 years dental experience.
